The Watch Ashore in Southampton

Our Southampton Branch was formed in 1936 - closed during World War 2 and then re formed in 1949.

The branch currently has 15 members and is always looking for new members to join our group. Please contact us for details.

Southampton Branch continues to hold coffee mornings and afternoon teas once a fortnight.  We are so few in numbers that it is no longer possible to have speakers.

The amalgamation of the 3 societies under one roof is proving very successful and we support them financially wherever possible. 

Last Year we put our Legacy Money towards a large carpet cleaner, that we purchased at the Mission’s request.

We all enjoy each other’s company and are very happy to carry on as we are.

Meetings

The Southampton Branch meet on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays each month at the Seafarers Centre, Queens Terrace. The Centre's telephone number is  02380 333106

Membership

Annual membership is £15 per annum for local and an additional £10 for National.
